Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and assembly hardware to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

Schedule a Pickup

For large furniture pieces, our white-glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient collection time; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
